In-studio parties require a minimum of 6 painters up to a maximum of 14 guests, including adults staying for the party.
Choose from the following in-studio package options:
Custom Party Package: Includes salad plates, 10 oz mugs, or bowls with the option of tracing themed images onto each piece. These pieces are regularly priced $21-$25. This party package is $20 per guest!
Bronze Party Package: Includes a selection of figurines regularly priced at $30-$35. This party package is $28 per guest!
Silver Party Package: Includes a selection of figurines, banks, and treasure boxes regularly priced at $38-$45. This party package is $35 per guest!
Guest Choice: This party option is designed to allow your guests to choose to paint what they wish with no limitations. Parties with 6-9 guests will receive 10% off, and parties with 10-14 guests will receive 15% off!
To-Go Party: Includes pieces of your choice. This package can be customized to suit your needs. All guests can paint the same piece or individual pieces can be chosen for each painter. All painting supplies will be provided for you to paint where you want and bring the finished products in to be fired when you're done. This option offers 10% off chosen pieces to take.
A $100 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Booking is not confirmed until deposit is paid.
The deposit is applied to your final cost at the end of the party. A deposit can be made by via Email Money Transfer to airdrie@colormemine.com, in person during regular business hours, or over the phone to 403-980-4386.
Party Hosts are responsible for collecting all painted pieces and distributing them back to your guests after the firing process.
All in-studio parties include 2 hours in our party area! You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks!
** Parents of invited guests are required to drop off their children and come back to pick them up at the end of the party. We do not have a waiting area for guests parents, however they are more than welcomed to paint in the main studio while the party is ongoing.
